Ferrule & Grip

End to end

What actually happens to your clubs

Six stages, one link, and nothing extra done without asking. Here is the whole thing, including the parts most shops would rather not write down.

You order

Pick the clubs and the work. One price, shipping both ways in it. You pay now — that is what puts you in the queue.

Label arrives

A prepaid label comes by email with the shop's address already on it. Box the clubs, drop it off, done.

Received & inspected

Each club is logged as its own line and photographed as it arrived. That is the record if anything is ever disputed.

On the bench

The work is done club by club. Your status page moves as they do, not on a schedule.

Final check

The set gets one last look together, photographed again, and packed.

Shipped back

Return tracking appears on the same page you have been watching. No second link to lose.

Closed

Your link keeps working after delivery so the photographs stay somewhere you can find them.

The part worth reading

If we find something, work stops.

A set that has been in a garage for twenty years does not always tell the truth from the outside. Sometimes a head comes back from the blaster with a crack in it. Sometimes a shaft should not be reused.

When that happens the job moves to waiting on your approval and the bench stops. You get an email with a photograph, an explanation and a price for just that extra work.

You can approve it, or you can decline it. If you decline, everything you originally paid for is still completed and the set ships home — only the extra is skipped.

Either way the delay from that point is yours, not the shop's, and the timeline on your status page says so plainly.

Your status page

One link, no password

Your confirmation email contains a private link. That link is the login — there is no account to create and no password to forget. Anyone you forward it to can see the job, so treat it like a receipt.

The page shows, live:

The state is never colour alone — each step carries a mark and a word, so it reads the same in bright sun or to a screen reader.

That's the whole process
